| Kg Systems is
comprised of a small, dedicated core of employees and management. Due to the specialized
and cyclic nature of the systems business, we have chosen to keep our full-time staff at a
minimum. Instead, we build project teams from a pool of highly skilled consultants, under
our direct supervision, on an as-required basis. By being very selective in the matching
of project and consultant, we are able to better fit the requirement of each job. Through
this method of manpower leverage we can confidently meet the requirements of the most
